The hotel is gorgeous, but the service is brutal. The staff do n't even know what literacy is, backward Los Angeles. This guy is driving around in a Lamborghini in Beverly Hills feeding guests a 6 pack of low brand Costco muffins that cost him $ 5 who pocketed about $ 150 K of guest money.

My room was smaller than imagined, there was a lot of dog/cat hair on the carpet. The lights are very difuse whish is normally nice but not in the bathroom while doing your make up hahah
