The hotel is gorgeous, but the service is brutal. The staff do n't even know what literacy is, backward Los Angeles. This guy is driving around in a Lamborghini in Beverly Hills feeding guests a 6 pack of low brand Costco muffins that cost him $ 5 who pocketed about $ 150 K of guest money.
